TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Prices include private transportation, pick-up and drop-off from the Hilo/Volcano area, guiding, national park entry fees AND Hawai’i General Excise Tax (4.166%). However, meals and supplementary excursions (i.e. boat or helicopter charters) are not included. For pick-up and drop-off tour service from Hawai’i Island’s Kona side, the 3 hour round-trip commute from the Hilo side counts towards the total tour length.

Bookings must be made in advance, and reservations are confirmed with a non-refundable 20% deposit. Payment in full is due PRIOR to the start of the tour guiding service. Our cancellation fee is 50% if within one week of the scheduled start date, and 100% if within 24 hours, under normal circumstances.

Our four-wheel-drive vehicle accomodates up to 4 participants, ensuring a personal tour. Please inquire by email if you are interested in our guiding service for larger groups as special arrangements can be made.

Please let us know if you are bringing children (all are welcome, with special consideration), if your group is engaged in an educational curriculum, or if you have additional questions, considerations or special requests.
